Take UP 2 Seats and Pay One Fare WTH

Ok, the fare on the Metrobus is $1.35 for one seat. Please explain to me why people board the bus sit in one seat with a child and put that big a-- stroller next to them blocking the empty sit. This is in the front of the bus. I witnessed this this morning. The woman blocking the seat was asked to move her stroller and she said no. WTH! The guy that asked her to move the stroller then sat down sideways in the empty seat. Of course this pushed the stroller down in the middle of the floor causing a chain of events; someone tripped over it and fell, the owner of the stroller got up and starting yelling, people couldn't get off the bus and of course the bus drive never turned to see what was wrong. ----
